With over 16 years of experience in serving the community, We are dedicated to serving all populations—starting with a strong foundation of support for mothers and babies, teens, families and older adults dealing with life transitions, family conflict and chronic illness.

Whether you are an associate navigating your path to licensure or a licensed professional looking for advanced clinical guidance, I offer a supportive, collaborative space. I specialize in mentoring medical, home health, and community health social workers, with deep expertise in older adult populations, postpartum mothers, teens, and individuals of all ages navigating crisis. Together, we will strengthen your skills in treating complex trauma, ADHD, and addiction. Our work is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic integrative framework, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS) and core CBT strategies to build your clinical confidence and prevent burnout.
