MEET Noelle

My name is Noelle. I am a Native New Mexican with a diverse upbringing. I grew into my Wise Woman path while healing from addiction, feelings of powerlessness, and a mind-body-soul disconnect.  I am a wife and mother of two sons and a daughter.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree in Social Work. My practice focuses on working with mothers, mother-daughter relationships, teens, family and older adults as well as people experiencing dementia/ cognitive decline.

My life's work and personal experience have led me to realize that most of us are merely surviving. Surviving is not true.  Wholesome living is true. My service is to guide and counsel people in learning how to call in their innate ability to heal.  We can all live in the presence of grace, love, and peace.

Counseling & Therapeutic Modalities

I guide clients through trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and loss of hope using an evidence-based, integrative approach.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the power to reframe their experiences, fostering a profound healing of the mind-body-soul connection

I utilize Polyvagal Theory to inform all clinical interventions, integrating a range of effective, professional modalities:

Trauma & Somatic Healing: Somatic Healing, Mindfulness, Yoga

Family & Relational Therapy:  Attachment-Focused Family Therapy, Adoptive & Foster Family Therapy, Therapeutic Life Story Work

Cognitive & Behavioral Health: CBT, DBT, Collaborative Problem Solving, Solutions Focused Therapy

Specialized Approaches: Internal Family Systems (IFS) Inner-Child Work, Play-Based Techniques, Gastro Psychology Hypnotherapy

Mothers Work

Supporting Motherhood  Motherhood is a profound journey, often accompanied by challenges such as overwhelm, anxiety, and isolation. I provide counseling in the comfort and privacy of your home, telehealth or office. I meet you exactly where you are in your journey, eliminating the need to worry about preparing your space. My Therapeutic Approach: Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach is rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, a gentle yet highly effective form of therapy. IFS helps you access your innate inner wisdom to:

  • Manage your inner critic and foster self-compassion.
  • Respond effectively to the diverse needs of your family system.
  • Restore a sense of calm and balance by unburdening shame and self-doubt.

I guide you through this transformative process to support your holistic well-being during this critical life stage.

Mother-Daughter Counseling I use a holistic model of counseling that strengthens the Mother-daughter relationship and helps heal and work through hardships in the relationship

This will not include any diagnosis,  assessment or "traditional" counseling offerings.

MEET Meghan

I’m Meghan.
I offer personalized guided meditations and contemplative experiences for those drawn to inner healing, perception shifts, and conscious living.

My work is informed by years of experience as an addictions specialist and licensed therapist, alongside spiritual frameworks including parts-based inner work, A Course in Miracles, Radical Forgiveness, and consciousness teachings. While my therapy practice continues in Colorado, this space is devoted to my non-clinical offerings, available worldwide.

This work is not about fixing or improving yourself.
It’s about seeing differently—and allowing clarity, responsibility, and peace to emerge naturally.

My Mission

I hold space for people who are ready to engage with themselves more honestly—those sensing that healing is less about fixing and more about seeing clearly.

This work is for those who want to:

  • Move beyond victim, rescuer, and persecutor dynamics
  • Develop awareness rather than manage symptoms
  • Take responsibility for their inner experience without self-blame
  • Live with greater clarity, neutrality, and intention

I don’t offer answers—I offer guidance that helps you access your own.

Approach

My approach is relational, grounded, and centered on awareness rather than intervention.

I draw from:

  • Parts-based inner exploration (informed by Internal Family Systems)
  • Nervous system and somatic awareness
  • A Course in Miracles and forgiveness-based perception shifts
  • David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness
  • Radical Forgiveness principles and ceremonial integration

Rather than focusing on diagnosis or story, we attend to what is present—inviting curiosity, compassion, and responsibility. As perception shifts, emotional intensity often softens naturally, making space for clarity, choice, and peace.

This work can be profound, grounding, and at times surprisingly light. It often brings insight, relief, and a sense of coming home to oneself

MEET marianny

Night Doula

Hey there my name is Marianny Lopez

I offer loving night doula care, where I care for your baby overnight so you can finally get the rest you need. I help with feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and gentle sleep support, while also being there to reassure and guide parents during the postpartum period. Those early weeks can feel like a lot, and you don’t have to do them alone.

I also help keep things feeling peaceful in the home. This includes light baby-related tidying, washing bottles, organizing nursery areas, laundry and helping the house feel reset by morning so you can wake up to a calmer space.

I have over 10 years of hands on childcare experience, including 9 years as a full time professional nanny. Caring for little ones isn’t just something I do it’s truly the work of my heart. I’ve spent most of my career supporting families during the newborn and early childhood stages, helping homes feel more calm, supported, and less overwhelming.
